Quality of Public Business Credit Providing Service at BRI Wasuponda Unit, East Luwu District Study of Customer Perception

This study aims to find out how customers perceive the service quality of people's business loans at PT BANK BRI Wasuponda unit. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. With a population 250 by taking samples using probability sampling techniques and random determined 50 customers. Data analysis with frequency distribution tools.The results showed that customer's perception KUR provision was in good category percentage 75 ≤ 100% affective indicator being highest aspect yield 1391. variable measured through cognitive an acquisition 89.35%, obtaining 86.93%, conative 88.75%, tangible 88.16%., reliability 87.87%., Responsiveness 87.5%, assurance 90.12% empathy gain 89.37%.
